As in all other companies within the Franz Schabmüller Group, we follow a tried and proven staff policy:
Long-term ties are forged through a mutual bond of trust between employees and the company. The majority of our senior management “grew up” in our company.
We are proud to say that we have so far been able to offer almost all apprentices a permanent contract at the end of their apprenticeship. The introduction of new processing centres or complex machines is accompanied by intensive, manufacturer-led training courses in operating, maintenance and programming.
