It was with this doctrine that Franz Schabmüller brought the ZGB Zerspanungstechnik Bruck GmbH (ZGB Machining Technology Ltd) into being on 1st October 1994. He and his employees, who now number over 200 in the machining and assembly divisions, still remain committed to this company philosophy today.

We have positioned ourselves as systems supplier for the automotive and motorcycle industry. Our focus lies on the machining of complex, high quality engine and chassis parts right up to assembly and final testing of complex modules. High-end design quality finishing of surfaces is a particular strongpoint of the Franz Schabmüller Group and is carried out by Welco GmbH & Co. KG. Additionally, our company group has its own tooling company at its disposal in which all appliances and special testing machines are engineered and manufactured. 

Since our establishment in 1994, we have shown continual development. This positive development has earned us numerous Awards. Regular audits take place for our Certifications to assure our quality standards.
