Machining
Latest generation milling centres and specialised machinery are used for the machining of complex components as well as engine parts and magnesium components. These machines produce parts using up to four spindles and five axles. The main focus is on machining aluminium and magnesium components.
CNC machining
38 single and multiple spindle, vertical and horizontal CNC-High-Speed-Processing-Centres are employed for this. The majority of the machines possess an exchangeable mounting plate to enable run-time-neutral clamping, loading and unloading of the work pieces during machining.
