Assembly

After surface finishing and mechanical processing, complex modules are assembled by our Final Assembly Department.

Purchased parts such as screws, connectors, brake light switches, brake cylinders and plastic moulded parts necessary for assembly, are bought independently by our purchasing department.

 

After final assembly, units are put through mechanical and electronic functional tests as well as leak-testing to ensure they meet the high quality expectations of our customers.
